Are you an inspiring sports photographer and a d student (or a recent grad) of the University of Kansas?
Would you like to be able to shoot photos at KU football (and possibly basketball) games?
Rock Chalk Blog is looking to add one (and maybe two) staff photographers who are able to attend every KU home football game and possibly a couple of away games. We need someone who has an eye for a great photo, understands football and can quickly distribute photos to the website’s Facebook page, as well as onto Dropbox.
This position is unpaid but are looking at a way to monetize your work by selling it through a digital service. You’ll get lots of experience and with a solid social media base, you’ll get lots of exposure, too. Some of our former staff members are now working and getting paid by news services.
To apply, send an email with a brief description, a resume (if possible) and an online portfolio (if possible). Email email@example.com.
Not a photographer but want to work with Rock Chalk Blog? We’re looking to add the following positions. Please email RockChalkBlog@gmail.com your qualifications if you want to apply for any of these unpaid positions:
