ITP: Solo Ryan Talks World Games and Canada Sweep

Devonte Graham is the newest Jayhawk to sit out of the World University Games, but it didn’t seem to slow Team USA down in their two-game exhibition sweep of the Canadian national team. Frank Mason and Wayne Selden led Kansas to a pair of wins in front of impressive Sprint Center crowds, but it was the freshmen that has Ryan talking about what they could do this year.

Just one Jayhawk was drafted, but three professional KU alumni already have new teams as free agency swirls around the NBA. Lastly, we preview the first two contests of KU’s World Games play, beginning tonight, Friday July 3, at 10:00 pm CDT vs. Turkey (ESPNU, ESPN3). They’ll be at it again on Sunday at 6:30 am vs. Brazil, and after those two games, Joshua Brisco will rejoin the show to recap those games.
