Kansas drops to No. 8 in the polls

After losing to Kansas State this past week, Kansas dropped one spot in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches polls.

In the USA Today poll, Louisville and Duke both leapfrogged ahead of Kansas. Kansas has already beaten Duke this year and KU simply has a better resume than Louisville. Interesting decision there.

In the AP poll, Duke and Cincinnati leapfrogged Kansas. I’m a little disappointed in the voters. Cincinnati lost to SMU this week and somehow jumped ahead of Kansas by moving up three spots. THREE SPOTS.
