It felt like every other Kansas loss ever on Tuesday night, but the Jayhawks are presented with the opportunity to right the ship with a triple-header of games in Maui.
Kansas collapsing in Chicago on Tuesday night against Michigan State was definitely frustrating, but it certainly might not spell disaster this early in the season. There’s a lot to debate about what happened in the second half of the game, however, as a lot of KU fans are irritated with the way Bill Self managed his big-man rotation. Also in the news is Brannen Greene, who was suspended on Friday for conduct detrimental to the team. How should we expect Kansas to play without their best three-point shooter?
KU also wasn’t the only top-10 school to lose this week; there are lots of other stories from a young-but-already-exciting season of college basketball to go through. What did angry Jayhawk fans have to say on Twitter after KU completed its collapse? What questions did Kansas fans have to ask us in our new #AskRCB segment?
Each show, we’ll take several fan-submitted topics and spend a short amount of time discussing each. If you have any topic, whether it’s basketball related or just nonsense, that you want to hear us talk about, let us know on Twitter or use the hashtag #AskRCB!
We conclude our show by previewing the upcoming Maui Invitational, giving Kansas the opportunity to bounce back rather quickly. Chaminade may not give the Jayhawks much of a challenge, but we break down the game and prepare for the holiday week tournament by making predictions.
