Ray Kasongo will not attend Kansas

Ray Kasongo, who originally committed to Kansas before not qualifying, visited Kansas this weekend. However, Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.com reported on Sunday night that Kasongo will not go to Kansas.

Kansas is not an option for onetime Oregon commit @RayKasongo32 , source tells @SNYtv. As reported last week, MSU & IU showed interest.

Our speculation is that Kasongo either not academically qualify for Kansas and/or he did not like the idea of having to earn playing time behind Alexander, Ellis, Traylor, Lucas and Mickelson.
