ITP: Temple rocks Kansas, sick Daniel, UK 40-0

“Calipari is a God, and (Bill) Self is a bad, bad coach.” – Daniel Cunningham, December 29, 2014

KU took an eight-game win streak into Philadelphia, only to get blown out of the water against a hot-shooting Temple Owls team. Ryan Landreth and Joshua Brisco are joined by the ill Daniel Cunningham to break down how concerning KU’s second blowout loss should be, and who is to blame for the poor showing. Making matters worse, Daniel thinks “tough” is a verb.

Andrew Wiggins, Marcus Morris, and Ben McLemore all had monstrous games at the NBA level, so Ryan and Josh go through that plus other Jayhawks in the NBA performances. Six of the top 11 teams lost this week, but Kentucky continued their steamroll through the 2014-15 season thus far. Exactly how much of a chance are we giving them to run the table and go 40-0? What would the spread be on a neutral site Wichita State vs. Kansas game tomorrow? And who are the Kent State Golden Flashes, and how much of a threat do they pose to the Jayhawks on Tuesday night?
