Inside the Paint Podcast

ITP: Alexander Declares, UK 38-1, Duke Wins Title, Final Four, and Recruiting News

What’s the only downside to the Kentucky Wildcats not completing a 40-0 perfect season? We don’t get to throw water balloons at Daniel Cunningham anymore. That makes us sad.

Cliff Alexander is the latest Jayhawk to declare for the NBA Draft. His 7.1 points and 17.6 minutes per game marks are the lowest of the seven one-and-done’s KU has had under Bill Self. We recap his season and talk about his draft stock. Also, Perry Ellis hasn’t announced a decision either way, and we continue to have conflicting reports on what his benefits would be in staying for his senior year.Inside the Paint logo.

The 2014-15 college basketball season is history, and the Duke Blue Devils are NCAA champions for a fifth time. Officials are the focal point of the basketball world because of more-than-a-few really bad calls; what should the NCAA do about this growing issue? Kentucky lost for the first time in nearly a full calendar year, Wisconsin wilted down the stretch of the final game, and Grayson Allen played like he’s been a Blue Devil his whole career. An entertaining Final Four is recapped by two giddy hosts and one depressed one, all about the demise of the previously unbeaten Kentucky Wildcats.

Last show’s recruiting segment didn’t go exactly how Daniel Cunningham had planned, but he gets his shot at redemption today by breaking down the remaining uncommitted prospects. Is Cheick Diallo the most likely high schooler that will wind up a Jayhawk? What about Jaylen Brown and Brandon Ingram, who would fill the void left by Kelly Oubre? Will Kansas land multiple big man prospects? We blow through the recruiting news before wrapping up the show with some nonsense and the future of ITP during the college basketball offseason. Kansas is playing in the World University Games this July, meaning that Jayhawk fans won’t have to wait as long as they normally do to watch KU take the court.

  • Hi there exceptional blog! Does running a blog
like this take a lot of work? I have virtually no knowledge of
programming however I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
Anyways, should you have any ideas or tips for new blog owners please share.
I know this is off topic however I just needed to ask. Many thanks!

  • May I just say what a comfort to uncover an individual who genuinely understands what they are discussing
online. You actually know how to bring a problem to light and make it
important. A lot more people have to read this and understand this
side of the story. It’s surprising you are not more popular
because you most certainly have the gift.

  • I’m truly enjoying the design and layout of your blog.
It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more pleasant for me
to come here and visit more often. Did you hire
out a developer to create your theme? Outstanding work!

  • Appreciating the commitment you put into your blog and
detailed information you present. It’s nice to come across a
blog every once in a while that isn’t the same out of date rehashed material.
Wonderful read! I’ve saved your site and I’m including your
RSS feeds to my Google account.

  • I have been browsing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article
like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion,
if all website owners and bloggers made good content
as you did, the net will be much more useful than ever before.

  • When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now
each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove people from that service?

    Thanks!

  • You’ve made some decent points there. I looked on the internet for more information about the issue and found most people will go along with your views
    on this website.

  • Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and
said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She
put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her
ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!

  • I got this web page from my friend who told me about this
website and now this time I am browsing this site and reading very
    informative content at this place.

  • Hello, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues.
When I look at your blog in Chrome, it looks fine but when opening in Internet
Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up!
    Other then that, terrific blog!

  • I truly lovee your site.. Excellent colors & theme.
Did you make this website yourself? Please reply back as I’m attempting to create my own personal blog and would love to find
out where you got this from or exactly what thee theme is named.

    Appreciate it!
